"Azərtranss" Limited Liability Company has been registered since 2010 as VAT payer at Shamkir Regional Tax Office No. 14. "Azərtranss" Limited Liability Company is a legal entity with its own balance, which has the seal with its name on it.
During 2010-2012 with Azeristiliktechizat JSC tender, the company executed various orders (construction, maintenance, installation, etc.) and repair works of Administrative building of Baku State Traffic Police Office, Representative building of Baku Hotel Company, Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of Azerbaijan Sciences Academy, Azerpocht LLC main building, Economic University of Azerbaijan, Pedagogical University of Azerbaijan.
On the basis of a contract signed with AIMC (Azerbaijan International Company) in 2012, the company was assigned for Gadabay region gold mines service. In addition, the company executed repair works for Administrative Buildings of Ministry of Education for Gusar, Guba District, construction and transportation works of Four Seasons Hotel for TODINI Construction Delegation in the region.
During 2014, the company signed an agreement with Irrigation and Water Management JSC of Azerbaijan Republic. Since 2013, under the agreement with DIA Holding FSCO, the company provides services to the construction and installation sector for Shahdag summer and winter tourist complex, which is scheduled for completion by 2018. "Azərtranss" LLC assigned as a contractor under the agreement with Akkord Industrial Construction Investment Corporation for the construction services.
Since 2015, the company was involved as a contractor for "Pasha Inshaat" LLC construction works (Baku and its suburbs). Works performed in 2015 include orders for Azerbaijani State Social Protection Fund, Baku International Sea Trade Port JSC, Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic, General Supply Ltd., UN Mission in Azerbaijan, Public Television Radio Broadcasting Company.
As the winner of "Azersu" JSC tender announced in August 2016, according to the contract the company was selected as the organization responsible for the sales of wide range of plastic pipes for water and sewage varying by size and diameter as per Client’s specification.
There are 3 "Foton" type frontal loaders, 2 "Hyundai" excavators, 3 “KAMAZ” dump trucks and 1 "Nisan" vehicle registered as company assets.
From March 2016, the company started import and processing of plastic pipes for which rented an area of 200 m2.
